Yucheng Tower Project | Zhengyin Art Brings Eastern Business Art to Life with the Theme of “Water”

The art and decor project for Yucheng Tower, completed by Zhengyin Art, seamlessly integrates with the interior design by renowned design firm Gensler. Centered around the theme of “water,” this project combines the depth of Eastern culture with modern business spaces, adding a unique aesthetic and symbolic value to Yucheng Tower.

Located in Beijing’s Olympic Business District, Yucheng Tower is adjacent to Asia’s largest urban water system and green landscape, which naturally inspired the theme of “water” in our artistic design. We skillfully continued the water features already present, allowing Gensler’s modern space design to harmonize with our water-themed artworks. The square water well at the building’s front symbolizes stability and order, signifying depth and clarity, and highlighting the tower’s strong foundation and enduring vitality.

On the 45th floor, in the premium “Yu Wing Collection” reception area, water-themed artworks continue the project’s theme, creating a harmonious dialogue with Gensler’s high-end space design. The water-themed artworks in the tea room, reception room, and multi-functional hall symbolize the flow of life and wisdom, inspiring creativity and enhancing the dynamic energy of the space.

The successful completion of this project was made possible by the professional design support from Gensler and the invaluable cooperation of the Jinyu Office Management Center. Their trust and collaboration have allowed us to realize this integration of art and business space.
